Cancellation Policy for In Person + On Demand
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
All Registrations (In-Person & On-Demand Only) may be cancelled through March 16, 2026 | 11:59 pm CT.
If cancelled on or before March 16, 2026 | 11:59 pm CT, the original registration fee, less a 20% administration fee, will be refunded.
Refunds are not permitted beginning March 17, 2026.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL AFTER MARCH 16, 2026 | 11:59 pm CT?
If you are a registered attendee for the live meeting in Boston and discover you are unable to attend the onsite PAS Meeting after the March 16, 2026 cancellation date your registration will switch to an On-Demand Only registration, and no refund will be applied.
You will have full access to all On-Demand content beginning April 28 to Aug. 1, 2026.
TRAINEE CANCELLATION
Registration may be cancelled on or before March 16, 2026 | 11:59 pm CT and will receive a full refund.
Cancellations are not permitted beginning March 17, 2026.
Trainees who cancel their registration after March 16, 2026 will switch to an On-Demand Only registration, and no refund will be applied.
You will have full access to all On-Demand content beginning April 28 to Aug. 1, 2026.
TRANSFERRING REGISTRATIONS
Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person.
If the registrant cannot attend the meeting for any reason, their registration must be cancelled, and the replacement person must register for the meeting separately.
INTERNATIONAL GROUP REGISTRATION
If you’re registering as an international attendee or a group of international attendees and are not paying by credit card, please email info@pasmeeting.org and add International Group Registration to the subject line.
We will then send you the PAS International Wire Transfer form.
PAS TICKETED EVENT & TICKETED SIMULATION WORKSHOP CANCELLATION
If a registrant cancels their registration for the live meeting in Boston, the meeting registration fee is non-refundable after March 16, 2026.
PAS Ticketed Event and Ticketed Simulation Workshops will be refunded in full if cancelled prior to April 20, 2026.

You can make changes to your registration record or upgrade your registration at any time by visiting Update Registration Information.
